Every great Colorado home begins in the dirt. We survey elevations, clear native terrain, dig the basement, and compact the subsoil base to engineered structural standards.
Trenching, Footings & Rebar Layout
Trenches are dug to engineered depth, rebar grids are tied and set on chairs, and concrete footings are poured to anchor the home deep into Colorado soil.
Monolithic Concrete Foundation Walls
Engineered concrete foundation walls and basement floor are poured and cured with water-tight dampproofing and structural anchor bolts ready for framing.
Structural Framing Against Colorado Blue Skies
The home takes form as dimensional Douglas fir studs, engineered LVL headers, and roof trusses rise into place with precision sheer-wall nailing.
