Terms of Service

CAG Construction LLC provides general contracting services including concrete, decks, paint and drywall, landscape and hardscape, snow removal, and siding in Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Flying Horse, Northgate, Broadmoor, and the Old North End. We offer free estimates and on-site quotes and work with most budgets.

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins. Unforeseen conditions discovered during the project (such as hidden damage, soil issues, or code requirements) may require a change order, which will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

A free estimate or quote does not constitute a binding contract. No work will begin until both parties sign a written agreement detailing scope, materials, timeline, and price.

Payment schedules are outlined in your written agreement. Typically a deposit is required to secure materials and scheduling, with progress payments and a final payment upon completion. Late payments may result in work stoppage. We accept payment methods as specified in your individual contract.

We stand behind our workmanship and honor manufacturer warranties on materials. Specific warranty terms for your project will be outlined in your written agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others.

Clients are responsible for providing safe site access, accurate property information, obtaining necessary HOA approvals where required, and clearing the work area prior to commencement. Clients must communicate any known hazards (underground utilities, pets, etc.) before work begins.

CAG Construction LLC obtains necessary permits as agreed in the project contract. All work is performed in compliance with local Colorado building codes and regulations.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and project photos — is the property of CAG Construction LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAG Construction LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the work performed under your contract.

Cancellation terms are specified in your written agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Notice of cancellation should be provided in writing as early as possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
